بتاريخ 1/2/2018 عقدت ادارة روضة اطفال البارد لقاء حضرته 67 أم (جميع امهات اطفال الروضة ) استعرضت المنسقه سكينه العينين الدور الذي تقوم به المؤسسه مع الاطفال بشكل عام . كذلك مشرفة الروضه سماح وهبه باستعراض منهاج الروضه لكل فئه عمريه وآلية التعامل مع كل مرحله والدور المهم الذي تقوم به المربيات لدعم الاطفال تربويا وسلوكيا….كما وتم تسليط الضوء حول الهدف من زيارات الاهل وزيارات المدارس ومتابعة الاطفال في المدارس لتطوير المنهاج وتأمين عملية انتقال سلسله للاطفال من مرحلة الروضه الى مرحلة المدرسه… كما تم اطلاع الامهات على نتائج الاطفال خلال الامتحانات النصفيه وتسليمهن بطاقات العلامات وأوراق الامتحانات الخاصه باطفالهم. وقد وجهت الامهات الشكر للدور الكبير الذي تقوم به الروضه (اداره ومعلمات)املين ان تبقى على هذا النهج من العطاء

On 1st Feb 2018 El Bared Children KG had a meeting with 67 mothers, (All the children mothers) The CYC Coordinator in North Mrs. Sokaina talked about the CYC activities in general. while Mrs.Samah the KG coordinator explained about The KG educational method and dealing procedures according the age stages, plus the educational and behavior support the children receive from the teachers. There was foxing on the objective of the family visits, and schools, and following the children at the schools to develop the methods and obtaining the children smooth transition from KG level to the school level. The mothers received their children mid year exams results. The mothers thanked the KG and the teachers and wish them to continue success and giving.

عقدت الجمعية العمومية لجمعية الاطفال والفتوة اجتماعها السنوي بحضور اثنا وثلاثون عضوا بتاريخ 22 تشرين الثاني 2017 .

وبنهاية النقاش جرى التصويت على التقارير والتوجهات واقرارها مع التعديلات
ومن ثم جرى طرح الثقة بالهيئة الادارية او اي من اعضاءها. ولما لم يتم اي اعتراض من الحاضرين، تم تجديد الثقة بالهيئة الادارية لاستكمال مهامها لنهاية فترتها القانونية المحددة بعامين في شهر تشرين الثاني 2018 وحيث ستكون الجلسة القادمة حكما انتخابية.
THe General assamply of children and Youth Association had the annual meeting in 22 Nov. 2017 in the presence of 32 members. The attendances have discussed the 3 reports made by the administrative committee on 2017
– The narrative report
– The financial report
-The 2018 project plan
At the end of discussion there was voting on the reports which were accepted with the additional comments and changes

Before the end of the meeting, the Assamply chairman requested about the renewal the trust to the committee and its members … After objection from the members, The trust was renewed to the committee to continue its mandate as legal period of 2 years till next electing meeting in Nov. 2018.
