بحضور ممثلي الفصائل السياسية واللجنة الشعبية والمؤسسات الأهلية وحشد من اهالي الطلاب والاطفال اقام مركزالأطفال والفتوة في مخيم نهر البارد حفل اختتام البرنامج التعليمي – الترفيهي الذي شارك فيه 67 طالبا وطالبة من الطلاب الجدد الذين تلقوا دروس تمكين للنجاح والاستمرار في المرحلة الابتدائية الاولى.. اضافة لـ 110 أطفال من الجنسين شاركوا في النشاط الترفيهي وتنمية المواهب وبناء القدرات، حيث جرى التأكيد على اهمية التعليم وتنشئة الاطفال السليمة وتعاون الاسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسة لرعاية وتربية سليمة لجيل الغد، خصوصا في ظل الاوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والامنية الصعبة التي يعيشها شعبنا داخل وخارج الوطن المحتل. حيث تتصاعد جرائم المحتل الاسرائيلي المدعوم بسياسة عدوانية اميركية تستهدف القدس وحق اللاجئين بالعودة واغلاق منظمة الانروا والحصار والحرمان من الحقوق الانسانية. لكننا بتضامن ومناصرة اصدقائنا سنذلل كل الصعاب.
ومن ثم جرى توزيع شهادات نتائج الدورة التعليمية للطلاب، وقدم الاطفال مجموعة من الرقصات والاغاني الجميلة، الى جانب معرض للاشغال اليديوية والحرفية والرسوم التي نالت الاعجاب والتشجيع من الأهل والحاضرين.

In the presence of the political factions representatives, the Popular Committee, NGO’s and a crowd of parents, CYC at Nahr al-Bared camp held the closing event of the educational-recreational program, 67 new students participated and received empowering classes with Arabic, English and Math in the 1st & 2nd grades of the elementary schools. plus 110 Children of both sex participated in recreational activity, talent development and capacity building, concerning the importance of education, healthy grown up, raising the importance of the parents, schools and NGO’s cooperation for better care of the future generation,
The coordinator Mrs Soukaina has streesed on the difficult political, economical, Social and security conditions which our people are suffering from inside and outside the occupied homeland. As result of the Israeli occupation increasing crimes with the support of USA administration. This aggression is targeting Jerusalem and the right of refugees to return, they are planing to achieve their aims by closing UNRWA and tight siege and the denial of human rights, arrtesting and killing the children and the civilians… But with our frieds and supporter solidarity we will pass over all difficulties…

Then the certificates were distributed to the students, and the children presented a group of beautiful dances and songs, as well as an exhibition of manual and handicraft works and drawings, that were admired and encouraged by the parents and the audience.

دائما أطفال مركز الأطفال والفتوة على الموعد مع أطفال مؤسسة الشهيد غسان كنفاني والآم العظيمة أني والابنة الوفية ليلى في ذكرى استشهاد غسان وابنة اخته لميس. يأتي الاطفال والمعلمات والاصدقاء يلتفون حول الام التي حضنت واحبت وربت الاجيال، ليجددوا عهد الوفاء لغسان وارثه، ويقفون مع آني وليلى. يضعون الزهور ويغنون لغسان، ويلقون كلماتهم علها تصل لسمع غسان ولميس.
غريب أمر هذا الشهيد الخالد، الذي ما زال ينبض بالحياة في قلوب وافكار من عرفوه اوتعرفوا عليه حتى بعد الاستشهاد، ومع كل ذكرى يجمع المزيد من الاصحاب من كل الاعمار والفئات والانتماءات يرددون كلماته الثورية ويتذكرون اعماله الادبية والفنية التي لن تموت.

On every anniversary of the martyrdom of Ghassan Kanafani, always CYC children meet at the appointment with the children of the Martyr Ghassan Kanafani Foundation, and the great mother Anne and the loyal daughter Laila and sister’s daughter Lamis. Also children, teachers, and friends surround the mother who has embraced, loved and nurtured generations, to renew the promise of loyalty to Ghassan and his legacy, to be with Annie and Layla by putting flowers and singing to Ghassan, and saying their words which might be heard by Ghassan and Lamis.
It is strange that this immortal martyr, who is still alive in the hearts and thoughts of those who know him and even those who knew him after martyrdom, every commemoration gatherings of more friends of all ages, groups and affiliations chanting his revolutionary words and remembering his literary and artistic works that will never die.
