منذ 20 عاما دأب مركز الأطفال والفتوة على ترسيخ العادات والتقاليد لدى المجموعات المتتالية من الأطفال والشباب، حيث يتم إحياء معظم المناسبات الاجتماعية والوطنية والتاريخية، والتعريف عنها والقيم التي تحملها، لذا في كل عام يتم احياء عيد الفطر اسوة بالشعوب العربية والاسلامية، بالزيارة في الصباح الباكر لضرائح الشهداء ومدافن الاهل والاصدقاء احياء لذكراهم وتأكيدا على عدم النسيان، وتجديد العهد كبارا وصغارا للشهداء بان مسيرة النضال لتحقيق اهداف القضية التي استشهدوا في سبيلها مستمرة.

في 15 حزيران 2018 تجمع الساعة الخامسة والنصف في الصباح الباكر أكثرمن 45 طفلا وشابا وشابة من المركز للذهاب الى مدافن الشهداء في مخيم شاتيلا وصبرا، حيث جرى شرح المناسبة، واسباب استشهاد الابطال، واهمية النضال للعودة الى فلسطين حرة مستقلة، وتحقيق الامن والسلام والعدالة للجميع.
بعد ذلك جرى التجمع في المركز لتناول الافطار في جو اسري، وفرح وتبادل التهاني ، ومن ثم تمت جولة لزيارة بعض الاهالي.

On June 15 2018, at 5:30 AM, ’More than 45 children, young men and women from CYC gathered to go to the martyrs cemeteries in Shatila and Sabra. There was explanation of the reasons for the martyrdom of the heroes and the importance of their struggle for the Return to Free and Independent Palestine, achieving the security, peace and justice for all.
After, there was gathering in the center for breakfast in a family atmosphere, joy and exchange of greetings, and then there was a tour of visit to some families in the camp.
