اليوم الأثنين 23-3-2020 انطلاق حملة التوعية الشعبية في مخيم شاتيلا ، التي ستقرع جميع ابواب المنازل للحديث مع الاسرحول وباء الكورونا وسبل الوقاية منه، اضافة الى تعداد الاسر التي سيتم زيارتها، وعدد افرادها، والأطفال دون 3 سنوات، وعدد كبار السن فوق 65 سنة، والأسر غير الموجودة بالمنزل والمنازل الخالية، وذلك للاستفادة من معرفة حجم المسؤوليات في حال القيام باية تقديمات اغاثية او المساعدة في الايام القادمة،
ضمت الحملة 65 متطوعا ومتطوعة من عدد من المؤسسات الأجتماعية كانوا قد تلقوا تدريبا من قبل منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وهم أطباء بلا حدود، الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني، مركز الأطفال والفتوة، جمعية النجدة الاجتماعية، بيت أطفال الصمود، جمعية بسمة وزيتونة، جمعية الشفاء الانسانية، منارة القدس، مسرح بيلسان، فرقة البيادر وجمعية جفرا والملتقى الوطني الفلسطيني. وباشراف لجنة طواريء مخيم شاتيلا،
وقد تم توزيع المتطوعين على 5 مجموعات، كل منها من 6 فرق عمل صغيرة مؤلفة من شخصين اضافة لمنسق المجموعة. وبعد ان تم تزويدهم بالمنشورات واستمارة احصائية لعدد الاسر، ومواد التعقيم حفظا لسلامتهم، وصابون مقدم من أطباء بلا حدود للتوزيع للاسر. انطلق الجميع بحماسة للعمل وفق توزيعات خارطة المخيم على أمل ان ينتهي العمل في فترة اقصاها 5 الى 6 ايام.

To Monday 23-3-2020 the popular awareness campaign started in Shatila camp, which will be from door to door about the Koruna epidemic and how to prevent it, in addition to registering the number of families. persons, children under 3 years, elderly age over 65 years, the families who are not at home, and empty houses, to know the size of responsibilities in the event of any relief submissions or assistant in the coming days,
The campaign included 65 volunteers from number of several NGO’s who had been trained by MSF, the Palestinian Civil Defense, CYC, Najdeh Association, Beit Atfal Al-Samoud, Basma and Zaitouna , Al-Shifaa Association , Manarat Al-Quds , Bilsan Theater, Al-Bayader team, Jafra Society and Palestinian National Forum. The volunteers were distributed to 5 groups, each of 6 small teams of two people, and group
coordinator. After they were provided with publications, a statistical form for the number of families, sterilization materials for their safety, and soap provided by MSF for the families. All went with high enthusiasm to work according to the camp map, the work will end in a maximum period of 5 to 6 days

انتهاء اليوم الأربعاء 18-3-2020 التدريب للمتطوعين في حملة التوعية

جرى اليوم أنجاز تدريب 4 مجموعات، حيث وصل عدد المتدربين في نهاية الحلقات التدريبية على مدى يومين في مركز الأطفال والفتوة الى 93 عاملا ومتطوعا من مختلف المؤسسات في المخيم، مع شكر خاص لفريق أطباء بلا حدود على التدريب وتأمين مستلزمات حملة التوعية، كذلك الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني على قيامه باجراءات التعقيم لقاعات التدريب ومداخل المركز قبل وبعد كل حلقة تدريبية خلال اليومين الماضيين.

كما جرى لقاء عمل لمناقشة تصور تنفيذي لحملة التوعية يمكن تلخيصه بالتالي:

– أهمية الإسراع بتطبيق الحملة باعتبار ان المعلومات التي أعطيت للمتدربين لا زالت راسخة في اذهانهم

– اعتبار مركز الدفاع المدني مركز انطلاق للمتطوعين، وعودتهم، والاستفادة من مركز الأطفال والفتوة منعا للازدحام.

– تجهيز مسبق للمواد واللوازم بشكل يومي وتسليمها للمتطوعين. والحرص على جهاز تعقيم قبل وبعد للمتطوعين.

– توزيع المتطوعين (6 مجموعات) على المربعات/احياء المخيم وفق تقسيمات خارط المخيم.

– تكليف منسق لكل مجموعة يفترض ان يكون من الحي او يعرفه جيدا لضمان الوصول لكافة المنازل.

– ان لا يدخل المتطوعين المنازل، وبدون مصافحة او ملامسة، وفقط الحديث على المداخل. وتحتاج كل زيارة بحدود 15 دقيقة.

– الانطلاق يوميا الساعة العاشرة صباحا وحتى الثالثة بعد الظهر. على ان يتم استراحة قصيرة لدى احدى المؤسسات او الهيئات الموجودة ضمن المربع، لتناول وجبة صغيرة مع الماء والعصير.

– يتسلم كل متطوع قلم ودفتر مسجل علية رقم المربع، ورب الاسرة، وعدد الأولاد دون 3 سنوات، تسجيل اسم المبنى، واذا وجد شخص بمثابة مرجع يعرف سكان المبنى للتواصل معه اذا لزم الأمر. تسليم الاسرة، منشور مع رقم الخط الساخن للمخيم في حال الطوارئ. وصابونه واشياء أخرى اذا توفر ذلك.

– يقوم مركز الأطفال والفتوة بتوفير القرطاسية للمتطوعين .

– سيقوم فريق MSF التدريبي بمرافقة المجموعات في اليوم الأول لضمان التطبيق السليم للتوعية.

– مطلوب ممن يستطيع المشاركة في تمويل او إيجاد مصدر تأمين المواد الغذائية للمتطوعين جزئيا او كليا، بما قيمته

200000 – 250000 ليرة لبنانية يوميا لفترة 8 ايام عمل تقريبا.

– المطلوب استكمال التواصل مع الجهات المانحة للحصول على مساعدات.

Today, Wednesday 18-3-2020, the training for volunteers in the awareness campaign has ended.

4 groups training was completed, where the trainees number of the two-day training sessions at CYC reached 93 workers and volunteers from various NGO’s in the camp. Special thanks to MSF team for the training and securing the requirements of the awareness campaign, as well as the Palestinian Civil Defense for sterilization procedures for training halls and entrance of CYC before and after each training session during the two days.

A small committee meeting was held to discuss an executive vision of the awareness campaign, which can be summarized as follows:

– importance of speeding up the implementation of the campaign, that the information given to volunteers is still in their minds

– Considering the civil defense center as a point of starting and returning for the volunteers, and CYC to avoid crowding.

– Providing materials and supplies in advance on daily basis to the volunteers. and sterilizing before and after volunteers.

– Distributing the volunteers (5 groups) over squares / camp districts according to the camp map.

– Each group lead by coordinator, who suppose to be from the same zone or knows it well to ensure access to all houses.

– Volunteers shouldn’t enter the houses. No shaking hands or touching. Only talking at the door. Each visit takes about 15 minutes.

– The work start be 10:00 am morning from until 3:00 pm. That include a short break for refreshment at one of the close NGO’s.

– Each volunteer receives a pen and notebook, to write; Square number, Building name, Head of the family, Number of children under 3

years old, and someone knows the residents of the building as reference to contact him if necessary.

– Each Family handover, brochure with the camp hotline number in case of emergency. Soap and other things if available.

– CYC provides stationery for the volunteers.

– The MSF Training Team will accompany the groups on the first day to ensure proper implementation of the outreach.

– It is required from those who can share in whole or a part of financing or finding a source for food and refreshment to the volunteers, which is in

total a value of 200,000 – 250,000 Lebanese pounds per day for 8 work days.

– The need to the Communication with donors and friends to request for assistance in light of the current crisis.
