بدعم برنامج التمويل الكندي للمبادارات المحلية، ومشروع مركز الأطفال والفتوة الحد من العنف عبر تطوير المهارات الحياتية .نظم المركز ورشة العمل الرابعة للأطفال 8-12 سنه، بحضور 50 طفلا وطفلة وباشراف المدربة السيدة ملكة وثلاث مساعدين على لفترة 3 ساعات ونصف.

بداية مع تعارف وكسر الجليدـ ومن ثم محادثة قصيرة عن موضوع الورشة، ونبذ العنف والمشاجرة، ومن ثم تمهيد بسيط عن القصة، وتشجيع مشاركة الأطفال بمتابعة احداث وشخصيات القصة، والمشاكل التي تتضمنها، وامكانية تدخلهم بالحل، ومساعدتهم بالحلول.

وقد اعتمدت المدربة حبكة ذكية لسرد القصة والعقد التي تبرز خلال احداث القصة،، فتثار حماسة ومتابعة الأطفال، وبروز قلقهم احيانا، وارتياحهم احيانا اخرى، وهذا كان بمثابة مدخل للاسئلة والحوار مع الأطفال ، وصولا لهدف القصة في محاربة العنف، والتنازع بين الأطفال، والحفاظ على الصداقة والتفاهم والتعاون بين الأقران اكان ذلك في المدرسة او البيت او المخيم.

وبعد ذلك، تم تقسيم الأطفال على خمس مجموعات وفق الفئات العمرية المتجانسة، كل منها قدمت قصة او عملا عنها. وقد تميزت ثلاث مجموعات قدمت قصصا مثيرة للاهتمام من تأليف المجموعة. وانتهت الورشة بارتياح نفسي وحماسة الأطفال الذين عبروا عن سعادتهم واستعدادهم لحضور هكذا جلسات دائما، وقدمت الضيافة لهم قبل المغادرة…

With support of the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, to CYC project; Preventive Violence By Development Of Life Skills.
On 20-8-2021 CYC organized the 4th workshop, 3 hours and half, for 51 children of 8-12 years, with the trainer, Mrs. Malake, and three assistants.
Beginning started with acknowledge each other, and breaking ice, then a short conversation on the topic of the workshop, avoiding violence and quarrels, and then a simple introduction of the story, encouraging the participation of children by following the events and characters of the story, the problems it contains, the possibility of their intervention in the solution, and finding the solutions.

A clever way was followed by telling the story, and the knots that emerged during the events of the story, so the enthusiasm and follow-up of the children were raised, and their anxiety sometimes emerged, and their satisfaction too. That lead to raise the questions and dialogue with the children, to reach to the aim of the story. Preventive violence, and conflict among children, keeping understanding and cooperation between peers, whether in school, home or the camp community.

After that, the children were divided into five groups according to homogeneous age groups, each of which presented a story or work about it. Three groups presented interesting stories authored by the groups. The workshop ended with the satisfaction and enthusiasm of the children, who expressed their happiness and readiness to attend such sessions, and refreshments was provided to all before leaving.
