بعد تاخير دام شهرا ونصف تقريبا على افتتاح الروضات بسبب تردد قرارات وزارة التربية اللبنانية، جرى افتتاح العام الدراسي بعقد لقاء مع اهالي الطلاب للتنسيق والتعاون في تأمين عام دراسي مستقر قدر الأمكان في ظل الاوضاع الأقتصادية والاجتماعية غير المسبوقة في لبنان المترافقة مع الافلاس المالي والسياسي، ووباء كورونا وانفجار مرفأ بيروت، وما نتج عنها من اصابات ووفيات وبطالة وفقر وعجز عن تأمين ابسط الاحتياجات.

وتماشيا مع الاجراءات الصحية الوقائية جرى تقسيم الأهالي الى اجتماعين منفصلين يومي 6 و7 تشرين الثاني 2020. بعد تم التأكد من الحرارة واستعمال مواد التعقيم ووضع الكمامة والتباعد بين الحضور، تم استعراض كيفية مواجهة الظروف السياسية والآقتصادية والأمنية الصعبة في البلد والعالم، خصوصا على الفقراء واللاجئين، واهمية التضامن والتعاون، والتركيز على الأولويات، وترشيد الانفاق، واجراءات الحماية من فيروس كوفيد 19 المميت. ومن ثم تم طرح تصور ادارة روضة علما ومركز الأطفال والفتوة لكيفية العمل في الروضة، من حيث تقسيم الأطفال الى دفعتين، في دوامين منفصلين، واجراءات الوقاية، واستخدام الأهل للكمامة، واليات التواصل بين الأهل وادارة الروضة.
وفي ظل الاوضاع الصعبة سعى المركز لتخفيف الأعباء المالية عن الأهل، بمساعدة مشكورة من الآصدقاء في ايطاليا والسويد وفرنسا في دعم الروضة وتوفير المريول والكتب والقرطاسية مجانا للطلاب. من جهة ثانية اكدت ادارة الروضة السعي لتوفير وجبة غذائية موحدة للاطفال، ودعت الأهل للصبر والاهتمام بالحالة النفسية للاطفال بمواجهة الاوضاع والاجراءات القاسية عموما.
وقد شارك الأهل بحوار ايجابي مبدين كل تعاون. مع تقديرهم لما تقدمه روضة علما من حرص ورعاية للطلاب وتعامل المعلمات الجيد مع الأطفال.

After a delay of nearly a month and a half to the opening of the kindergartens due to the hesitation in the decisions of the Lebanese Ministry of Education, the school year was opened by holding a meeting with the students’ parents to coordinate and cooperate in securing an academic year as stable as possible in light of the unprecedented economic and social conditions in Lebanon associated with financial and political bankruptcy, and an epidemic Corona and the Beirut port explosion, and the resulting injuries, deaths, unemployment, poverty and the inability to secure the most basic needs.

In line with the preventive health measures, the parents were divided into two separate meetings on 6 and 7 November 2020. After checking the temperature, using sterilization materials, putting on a mask, and separating the attendees, There war a talks, how to face the difficult political, economic and security conditions, especially as poor and refugees, the importance of Solidarity and cooperation, focusing on priorities, rationalizing spending, and the preventive measures from the deadly Coved 19.

Alma KG presented how the work in the kindergarten, in terms of dividing children into two groups, and two separate attendances, each group attend 3 days a week instead of 5 days, the prevention measures, and communication mechanisms between parents and the kindergarten.

In light of the difficult conditions, the center sought to alleviate the financial burdens on the parents, with the appreciated help of friends in Italy to support the kindergarten. books, stationery and the costumes were provided free of charge to the students. On the other hand, the kindergarten administration affirmed a try with the friends in Sweden, France, the United Kingdom and others to provide a daily meal for the KG children,
At the end, parents were called to be patient and take care of the children’s psychological issues while everybody is facing in general a harsh conditions and procedures.

The parents participated in a positive dialogue, showing all understanding and cooperation. With their appreciation for Alma Kindergarten’s care and interest for the students and the good dealings of the teachers with the children.
