بدعوة من اللجنة الشعبية لمخيم شاتيلا، جرى عقد اجتماع يوم الخميس 12-3-2020 في مركز الأطفال والفتوة ، حضره اضافة للجان الشعبية، المؤسسات الأجتماعية في المخيم والأنروا واطباء بلا حدود والملتقى الوطني الفلسطيني والدفاع المدني، وقد تمحور النقاش حول سبل مواجهة فيروس كورونا ومخاطره على السكان في المخيم، والاجراءات التي يمكن اتخاذها للوقاية والحماية وسلامة المواطنين. وبنتيجة البحث فقد تم تشكيل لجنة لاستخلاص نتائج النقاش والأراء، ووضع ورقة لبحثها في الاجتماع الموسع يوم السبت في 14-3-2020 الساعة الواحدة والنصف ظهرا.

At the invitation of the Popular Committee of Shatila camp, a meeting was held on Thursday 12-3-2020 at the Children and Youth Center – CYC, attended by the popular committees, social institutions of the camp, UNRWA, Doctors Without Borders, the Palestinian National Forum and Civil Defense. The discussion centered on ways to confront the Corona virus risks on the residents of the camp, and what measures that can be taken to protect the citizens. As a result of the research, a committee was formed to extract the results of the discussion and opinions, and prepare a paper to be discussed in the meeting on Saturday 14-3-2020 at 1:30 PM in CYC.
